14 dressage stallions selected on the first day
The dressage stallion selection committee has chosen 14 stallions from six groups for the performance test during the second round viewing. Soon, it will be announced which of them will return for the championship round tomorrow.
Now that the offspring of selected stallions are immediately registered in Register A for one season, fewer doutbtful cases may have been given the opportunity to prove themselves in the performance test. However, the committee still selected a strong group of 14 promising stallions.

Among them is the already standout six-year-old Nashville SW (Secret x Esina elite IBOP-dres sport-dres pref PROK by Jazz), bred by Stal Willig from Abcoude and owned by Marco te Brake from Eemnes. Additionally, 13 three-year-old stallions have been selected. They will return at 2:00 PM for a presentation, during which committee chairman Bart Bax will provide commentary and announce whether any stallions will be invited to the championship round. The selected stallions include two sons of world champion Jovian, as well as several offspring from mares that have already proven themselves in sport. Overall, this marks a promising start to the second round viewing. Tomorrow, starting at 8:00 AM, seven more groups of dressage stallions will undergo the selection process.
