During the KWPN Stallion Show in 's-Hertogenbosch, the 2024 group of harness horse stallions will also make their driven debut on Saturday, February 1. Four of these five stallions already made their presence felt during the first round viewing in Ermelo, but now all five will showcase themselves in harness during this special evening dedicated to harness horses.

On October 26 2024, five harness horse stallions were registered in the studbook. We have closely followed these stallions from the first round viewing in Ermelo on January 6, 2024, through the driving days, delivery, interim evaluation, and finally, the final exam of the performance test. Each event drew enthusiastic crowds of harness horse enthusiasts, culminating in a beautifully atmospheric final exam in the sunshine, surrounded by fans around the arena.

Confident performances
Four of the five stallions were presented in hand on January 4, and it was clear they had wintered exceptionally well. Their appearances were impressive highlights of the day, earning plenty of applause. These young stallions performed with confidence, showing boldness and energy. Naturally, we’re now eager to see how they handle their driven debut in the dynamic setting of Den Bosch, with all its new impressions. They still need to learn how to deal with large crowds, which is why we should all be there to support them.

A complete lineup
We’ve already seen the four four-year-olds (the "R" generation), but on February 1, the seven-year-old stallion will also join them in harness. This will not be a competition but rather an individual presentation held between other classes, with each stallion being thoroughly introduced by Wim Versteeg, chairman of the stallion selection committee.
