Last Chance! The KWPN Online Stallion Auction closes tonight
Do you want to kick off 2025 on the right foot? The KWPN Online Stallion Auction concludes tonight starting at 8:00 PM CET, and bids are coming in fast on the 20 promising stallions.
Buyers from countries such as Germany, Belgium, Spain and United Arab Emirates have already discovered the collection and placed their bids. The auction features 16 dressage and 4 showjumping stallions, sired by valuable breeding stallions such as Ferguson, Las Vegas, Kyton, My Blue Hors Santiano, and Jilbert van 't Ruytershof.
An investment in the future
Many of the dressage stallions come from renowned damlines. For example, Sirano (s.Total Diamond PS) was bred from the NMK and sport mare Hippophae, who is a half-sister to the international Grand Prix horses Bond’s Painting (s.OO Seven) ridden by Hans van Bedaf and Ellington (s.Jazz) ridden by Cristina Wagemans Rovira. Sirano hails from the prestigious Charites line. Santana N (s.Kyton) also shows great potential. His dam is a full sister to the national Grand Prix horse Evita-Gonda, ridden by Eva de Man, and is the first of three consecutive mares with Z2-level performance records. Among the talented showjumping stallions is Soulmate, a son of Nixon du Park. His dam competed internationally at 1.30m-level and participated in the Dutch Mare Championship (NMK). Dam Lapatera Ryal K is a full sister to the internationally 1.50m-level competing KWPN-approved stallion Flying Dream and a half-sister to the 1.50/1.55m-level showjumper Denychin Ryal K D Lobstination (s.Chin Chin).
Extended by three minutes
Experience shows that bidding heats up in the final hour of the auction. Starting at 8:00 PM tonight, lots will close in groups. If a new bid is placed within the final five minutes, the bidding time will be extended by three minutes. Not yet registered as a bidder? Registration is easy, free, and quick, and you’ll also stay informed about all KWPN auctions.
