Two dressage stallions referred to spring performance test
Next to the evaluations of the jumper stallions, today marked the final official assessment of the dressage stallions and the Gelder stallion Royal Karim. Two dressage stallions have been postponed for veterinary reasons.
The stallion selection committees for dressage and Gelder horses have gained a clear understanding of the participating stallions in the fall performance test. The Gelder stallion Royal King (by King Karim) is being trained with confidence towards the final presentation this coming Saturday.

The dressage stallions Risky Business (by Koning) and Ramiera-de J (by Las Vegas) have both been referred to the spring performance test for veterinary reasons. “The Koning son did not participate in today’s assessment,” senior inspector Floor Dröge explained. “Additionally, the stallion selection committee has ended the performance test for one stallion, but its owners have decided to continue his participation voluntarily.” This refers to the Lennox U.S. son Radetzky H, who will now train alongside seven other 3.5-year-old stallions in preparation for Saturday’s final presentation. The five-year-old Red Viper (by Romanov Blue Hors) will also take part. “We are looking forward to Saturday with confidence and hope the stallions will perform well and successfully complete the final presentation,” Dröge added.
The group divisions for the dressage stallions and the Gelder stallion will follow.
