In the small final of the KWPN Van Santvoort Makelaars Cup, 46 five-year-olds competed one last time. Sjoerd Kommers jumped to victory with Georgia Quite (by George Z).

A little more than half of the five-year-old competing showjumpers completed this championship with a flawless round in the two-phase 1.20m course.

Fast-Paced Competition
Sjoerd Kommers achieved the fastest time with Cor and Margriet Kuin’s homebred George Z daughter, Georgia Quite (out of Cecampione by Quite Capitol). Interestingly, this mare is a half-sister to Nina Quite, the Andiamo Semilly daughter who won the Blom Cup for four-year-olds two years ago with a score of 9.5 in jumping. Gerd-Jan Horsmans took slightly longer with One and Only ES, a Kashmir van Schuttershof daughter bred and owned by Egbert Schep. In the small final, this half-sister of the KWPN-approved stallion La Costa ES (by Mosito van het Hellehof), who already competes at 1.45m level with Frank Schuttert, secured second place. Auke Feenstra sped to third place with Olalineke (Grand Slam VDL out of Elvilineke elite EPTM-spr PROK by Ustinov), bred by Mariët Mittendorff.
