All breeding directions are covered during the KWPN Stallion Show, and there is ample attention for Gelderse horses as well. If you are a fan of Gelderse horses, make sure to head to the Brabanthallen in 's-Hertogenbosch on Saturday, February 3.

Gelder breeding is known for its versatility. Some stallions excel in dressage, others in jumping, and yet others in driving. Around noon, the six Gelder stallions will enter the arena for the second inspection, followed by the presentation of the selected stallions and the awards ceremony.

Shows
In the evening, the show of driving Gelder stallions in the KWPN Stallion Competition Gelder Horse class Z takes place, featuring all finalists from the KWPN Stallion Competition Gelder Horse classes Z and L. Following this, the approved Gelder stallions from 2023 will be showcased, including Obrian, presented by Silke Smits, and Olaf Official, ridden by Tatum Nugteren. The Vigaro son, Obrian, excels particularly in jumping and contributes valuable jumping genes to the Gelder population. The Henkie son, Olaf Official, seems to have a promising career ahead, especially in dressage.

The KWPN Stallion Show is gearing up again. The world's largest stallion inspection will take place from January 31 to February 3 in Den Bosch. Ticket sales have already started, and KWPN members naturally receive a discount for the KWPN Stallion Show. It promises to be four fantastic days once again.
