Fourth day results in 19 dressage stallions
The collection of dressage stallions for Den Bosch is taking shape with each passing day. On the fourth day, 19 stallions were selected, including five from So Perfect and four from Kjento.
As the chairman of the stallion judging committee, Bart Bax is highly satisfied with the quality of the selected stallions. "Today, once again, we were able to select a group of truly complete stallions: stallions with both a good conformation and three good basic gaits. Some stallions showed positive improvement during free movement compared to their presentation on the runway, and overall, the stallions were well assessable.
Quality
The quality across the board is positive, and although we give a few stallions the benefit of the doubt every day, the group of complete stallions is growing proportionally. This instills a lot of confidence heading towards Den Bosch, where we will reevaluate the stallions with great interest to determine which ones will have a chance in the performance test. The road is still long, but this beginning is certainly promising." In addition to So Perfect (5) and Kjento (4), Lantanas (3), Vaderland (2), and Dynamic Dream (2) also had multiple sons selected on this fourth day of the first viewing. With one regular day of the first viewing for dressage stallions remaining, along with the reinspection on December 29, the tally now stands at 78 selected stallions.
