From September 21st to September 24th, the FEI WBFSH World Breeding Jumping Championships for Young Horses will take place in the Belgian town of Lanaken. A breeder's premium is offered to breeders of the eventual medal winners.

For the breeder of the new world champion, the amount of the premium is 5,000 euros, for the second-place breeder, it's 3,000 euros, and the breeder of the bronze medalist can earn 2,000 euros. A condition to receive the premium is that the breeder must be present at the awards ceremony of their bred horse in Lanaken after the finals on Sunday, September 24th.

Best young jumping horses
The very best young jumping horses will be competing. There are 100 KWPN horses on the starting list (under condition), including 32 five-year-olds, 39 six-year-olds, and 29 seven-year-old jumping horses.

Sires of the World
In the "Sires Of the World" category, seven Dutch horses are participating. In this category, some of the best-approved stallions in the world compete against each other in a competition where the horses jump 1.50m with a jump-off. The seven Dutch stallions participating in this category are Handsome (Toulon x Phin Phin), I Am Codex (Codex One x Calvaro Z), Clear Heart (Clarimo x Heartbreaker), Chilli B (Berlin x Cardento), Ipsthar (Denzel V'T Meulenhof x Farmer), Isaac (Numero Uno x Corland), and Impian D (Bubalu VDL x Lux).

Stand
From Thursday onwards, KWPN will have a stand at the FEI WBFSH World Breeding Jumping Championships for Young Horses. The booth is located next to the Ratina-Z arena, where we warmly welcome you. Here, you can ask any questions while enjoying a snack and a drink.
