23 KWPN-bred horses haven been selected for the WC for Young Dressage Horses. Seven five-year-olds, nine six-year-olds and seven seven-year-olds descend on Ermelo from August 3 through 6. 

 

In addition to the Dutch selection, the entry list for five-year-old horses features two more KWPN-bred contestants: Inclusive-offspring Nero W, presented by the Czechian rider Jan Zamec, and Nymphia (s.Fürstenball), ridden by Finland’s Anne Keinonen.

 

Five times Glock’s Toto Jr.

Six out of nine six-year-olds will represent the Netherlands. Magically Painted Black EVO (s.Sir Donnerhall I) competes on behalf of Poland with Joanne Tragarz. Beni Pachl and Hexagon’s Miamanda defend the Hungarian colours. Great Britain’s Beth Bainbridge presents My pride. The last two horses are sired by Glock’s Toto Jr., who supplies no less than five KWPN-bred horses in this age category.

Will you be there?

The Longines FEI WBFSH World Breeding Dressage Championship for Young Horses at the is an international championship for five-, six- and seven-year-old dressage horses. Hosted at the National Equestrian Centre in Ermelo, the four-day-event offers various other exciting classes as well. The WC is regarded one of the annual highlights for every dressage enthusiast and welcomes thousands of international visitors every year. August 3-6, 2023, the world’s best young horses compete for the coveted medals. Will you be there too?
