A good collection of dressage stallions, was successfully presented at the last day of the performance test. Seven dressage stallions are approved for breeding with a minimum score of 81.5 points.  

The seven dressage stallions have all proven to excel in good rideability, an important point of attention in warmblood breeding. "We are very satisfied with the stallions. They have behaved immaculately during the entire test and have proven to be very manageable. In recent years we have made visible progress in breeding and the seven stallions that we were able to approve today have scored extremely well on this part", says chairman Bert Rutten. "The riders have worked these stallions with great pleasure." With 86 points, the Ebony-son Knock Out (out of Charming Vurona elite IBOP-dres sport-dres PROK by Dreamcatcher, breeder Wim Hoogeslag) from Tim Coomans and Nico Witte received the highest marks. Three out of the seven stallions got a 9 for the rideability and attitude, three got an 8.5 and one an 8.

Good Gelder stallion

The Gelder stallion Kardieno (s.Dante Weltino) did well in dressage and jumping. He received his approval with great points, and will come back twice in the autumn to show an IBOP procedure for the assessment in harness. The complete reports can be found in the KWPN Database.
