Nico Witte on the WC Auction by KSS: “The ambiance and the stage we offer are phenomenal”
“On the main track and at prime time, when everyone is there. It's fantastic that we can do this on Saturday afternoon,” says Nico Witte enthusiastically about the new auction by the KWPN Select Sale. During the World Breeding Dressage Championships on Saturday, September 7, prior to the finals of the five-year-olds, a very exclusive and high-quality collection of dressage horses and foals will be auctioned.

This afternoon, the selected stallions for the KWPN Select Sale of jumping horses will be auctioned during the KWPN Stallion Show. Jacques Marée, Rom Vermunt, and Daan Horn are involved in the KSS and share more about it in the studio program led by Charlotte Dekker.

Auction order revealed, new videos added
The KWPN Select Sale will almost kick-off. At 2:40 PM, the jumping stallions will enter the arena under the supervision of auctioneer Frederik de Bakker. The auction order is known, and videos of the second viewing for all selected stallions have been added to the auction website.

Next week marks the time for the KWPN Select Sale, the KWPN auction of the year. After three online editions, this breeding celebration returns to its rightful place: the KWPN Stallion Show. One of the top horses that rose to prominence through the KWPN Select Sale is VDL Groep Zidane N.O.P., owned by Leopold van Asten.

Outstanding KWPN Select Sale collection launched
After three online editions of the KWPN Select Sale, the KWPN's most eye-catching auction returns to Den Bosch. "The KWPN Select Sale belongs there, we are happy that we will auction live again," said Rom Vermunt who is part of the KSS selection committee for the first time this year. From now on, you can view the collection which includes 26 dressage and 19 jumping stallions that may all show at the second round viewing.
