Conformation:
King van het Haarbosch is a well-developed, appealing stallion who is in a good rectangular model with a slightly downward body direction. The head is appealing. The neck has good length with a light head-neck connection. The neck is slightly vertical, good in length and should have more muscles in the top line. The shoulder has good length and a good position. The withers are well developed and of good length. The back is slightly sunken, good in length and could have more muscles. The loins are well connected and well-muscled. The croup has a good position, good length and good muscling. The hamstring has good length. The foreleg is slightly tied-in when viewed from the side and correctly adjusted when viewed from the front. The hindleg is a bit long and correctly positioned. The pasterns are good in length and correctly positioned. The foundation is well developed and of good quality. The hooves are well developed, good in shape and of good quality. The heels are slightly uneven in height.

Descendant:
Spielberg has produced several Grand Prix dressage horses. Suppenkasper (studbook name Danny Boy) out of the Keur performance mare Upanoeska (by Krack C) has been in the spotlight with the American Steffen Peters last months by scoring over 80% in the Grand Prix Freestyle in Del Mar (USA). Spielberg, in combination with the elite mare Gina (by FLorencio), produced King van het Haarbosch and has thereby his first approved son. The Grand Prix horse Caprice (by Johnson) with Noel Williams (USA) and his appointed brother Edison, who is classified ZZ Heavy, are both descendants of granddam Ra-shell elite preferent performance. The Keur preferent great-grandmother Ester can count the ZZ Licht started Swindon (by Wellington) as one of her children. The jumpers Equador (by Zacharov) - international 1.45 jumping and Fira (by Zambesi) - Int 1.35 are also bred out of this dam line.

Performance report:
King van het Haarbosch is an honest, reliable and sympathetic stallion with a good to very good attitude. The stallion has a lot of willingness to work and is easy to work with. The walk is regular, active and has good space. The trot is light-footed and has good space and flexibility. The canter is uphill with good space. King van het Haarbosch moves with a lot of posture, good balance and good flexibility. King van het Haarbosch has a lot of talent for dressage and gives his rider a good feeling. 

Stable behaviour:
Honest reliable stallion, easy going and calm in the stable.
