Performance test report

Conformation:
Jesse James is a well-developed stallion with a more than sufficient rectangular model. The head is expressive. The neck has good length with a light head-neck connection. The neck has a good shape, sufficient length and heavy muscling. The withers are very well developed and of good length. The shoulder has good length and position. The back has enough length and ample muscling. The loins are sufficiently muscled and more than sufficiently connected. The croup has a good position, sufficient length and good muscling. The hamstring has good length. The front leg is correctly adjusted when viewed from the front and from the side and has a good length. The hindleg is correctly positioned. The pasterns are good in length and are correctly positioned. The hooves are sufficiently developed and of good quality, but somewhat narrow, the heels are well developed. The foundation is well developed and of good quality.

Descendant:
The strong dam line of Jesse James - the champion of the KWPN Stallion Show 2017 - has produced many good sport horses. Mother Wyomi Landzicht, who is a daughter of the half-blood Saddlebred stallion Marvel, is also the mother of the successful star stallion Emerson (by Manno). Marvel is also the father of the well-known Viva Jerina, who was the champion as a three-year old on National Harness Horse Day and later champion in the Keur and elite mares. Wyomi is a half-sister of the KWPN stallion Stuurboord (by Jonker), who once won the Stallion Competition and the Manno Trophy. But also sport horses such as Cendrini V. (by Torino), Dendrini (by Manno) - who achieved an IBOP score of 90.5 points and won the VTN Breeding Mares Championship - and the KWPN stallion Crescendo HBC (by Vodka BHC) have their origin in this line. The father of Jesse James is Unieko, who has his third son registered with the KWPN in Fabuleus and the waiting stallion Aquarel. Unieko himself was champion of the KWPN Stallion Show and has already produced several well-known competition and show horses, such as Dieni II, Diesel, Fureda, Aurose, Dirose and Gerianne M. Last winter, he was awarded with the Keur predicate because of his good breeding performance.

Performance report:
Jesse James is an honest and reliable stallion. The stallion has a lot of willingness to work and is more than sufficient to ride on. The walk is sufficiently spacious and amply powerful. For the show carriage, the stallion puts the neck on well to very well and has plenty of body use. Jesse James has much to very much knee action and has much to very much shoulder freedom. The hindleg is more than sufficiently bent and more than sufficiently accommodated. In the trot Jesse James has more than sufficient to much suspension moment. The stallion has a lot of enthusiasm to walk and a lot of talent as a harness horse. He gives his rider a more than sufficient feeling. During the performance test the stallion showed a constant performance.

Stable behaviour:
Honest and reliable stallion, easy in handling and calm in the stable.

Breeding / matching advice:
Jesse James can add enthusiasm to walk and front to the harness horse breeding and can contribute in the context of blood spreading. Mares should preferably have sufficient size.

Report of the mother:
Wyomi Landzicht is a more than sufficiently developed mare that is more than sufficiently in the rectangular model and has preserved itself very well. The head is noble with a strikingly large eye. The neck has good length with a light head-neck connection. The neck has good shape, sufficient length and sufficient muscling and is well positioned. The withers are very well developed and of good length. The shoulder has good length and should be more sloping. The back has more than sufficient length and good muscling. The loins are more than sufficiently muscled and well connected. The croup has a good position, sufficient length and sufficient muscling. The hamstring has good length. The front leg is correctly adjusted when viewed from the front and from the side and has sufficient length. The hindleg is correctly positioned. The pasterns are more than sufficient in length and well made. The hooves are sufficiently developed and of good quality with sufficient heels. The foundation is sufficiently developed and of very good quality. The walk has good space and strength. The trot has good space and the mare makes a lot of front. She has a good posture and the use of the foreleg is good. The use of the hindleg is very strong.

At the time of the assessment, the mare was very pregnant.
