Performance test report

Conformation:
Geniaal is a well-developed stallion with very good rectangular-shaped conformation. The head is sufficiently attractive. The poll has good length. The neck has good length, shape, and muscling. The wither is well developed and has good length. The shoulder has good length and more than sufficient placement. The back is slightly dropped but has good length and muscling. The loin is more than sufficiently connected with more than sufficient muscling. The croup has good placement, length, and muscling. There is good length from the point of the hip to the point of the buttock. The front leg is correct when viewed from the side, and the left front toes in slightly when viewed from the front. The hind leg is correct. The pasterns have good length and are correct. The legs are well developed and of more than sufficient quality. The hooves have good shape but under-run heels, particularly the left front.  

Lineage:
Geniaal is a Vivaldi son out of the elite mare Wocky, a daughter of the Trakehner stallion Biotop. Wocky excelled in her mare test, as did Geniaal's granddam Ocky. This keur preferent prestatie mare is by the preferent dressage horse sire Ferro. Ocky also produced four offspring which compete at the Z-level or higher: a ZZ-light horse by Krack C and Z-level horses by Lingh, Donnerhall, and Riverman. Geniaal's granddam Vicky (s.Abgar xx) boasts the ster, preferent and prestatie predicates. Bred to Joost, she produced a Small Tour dressage horse, a Z-level dressage horse, and a 1.30m jumper. Vicky is also the dam of a Z2-level dressage horse by Ferro. Furthermore, Vicky is the granddam of the Grand Prix dressage horse Tatler (s.Ferro) as well as the Grand Prix jumpers Leandro (s.Hugo) and Agemka van Overis (s.Perhaps van het Molenvondel). The dam-line continues with Micky, a keur mare by Ideaal (s.Uppercut xx) and the keur preferent mare Ilithyia by Antonio x Wachtmeester.

Performance Test Report:
Geniaal is an honest and reliable stallion with a good temperament. He is very willing to work and has good trainability. The walk shows abundant purity, scope, and body use. The trot has good balance, elasticity, and scope. The canter has good balance with abundant body use and scope. Geniaal moves with good elasticity and excellent balance. He has abundant talent for dressage and gives his rider a good feeling.

Stable Behavior:
Geniaal is an honest and reliable stallion. He is easy on the ground and quiet in his stall.  

Veterinary Report:
Beginning April 3rd, the stallion exhibited sensitivity in his front feet after being re-shod. The brittle quality of his hooves contributed to his symptoms.

Offspring report

Geniaal showed a uniform collection of well-developed, long-legged foals with good dressage horse conformation and abundant presence. The neck has good length, shape, and muscling. The back/loin area should sometimes have more muscling. The croup is sloped and has good length. One foal has a toed-out front leg. The hind leg is slightly long and sickle-hocked. The walk has good scope and elasticity. The trot is light-footed with good scope and elasticity, showing beautiful use of the front leg. In the trot, the hind leg needs to step more powerfully under the body. The canter is light-footed and big with abundant elasticity and excellent balance.
