Performance test report

Conformation:
Crosby is a more than sufficiently developed stallion who has a good rectangular model. The head is appealing. The neck is sufficient in length with a slightly heavy head-neck connection. The neck is more than sufficient in length, should be shaped somewhat nicer and is deep out of the chest. The withers are more than sufficiently developed and of good length. The shoulder has a sloping position and good length. The back has good length and good muscling. The loins are slightly tight and well connected. The croup has a slightly straight position, good length and good muscling. The hamstring has more than sufficient length. Viewed from the side, the foreleg is set a bit over at the knee and correctly positioned when viewed from front. The hindleg is a bit long and correctly positioned. The pasterns have good length and are a bit straight. The foundation is well developed and of good quality. The hooves are well developed, somewhat narrow and of good quality with good heels.

Descendant:
Crosby has been performing internationally at Inter-I level with Franka Loos last summer. The Small Tour classified Chippendale was the first KWPN approved stallion descended from the successful combination Lord Leatherdale x Negro and has two approved sons, including Giovanni (sire of the dam; Scandic) and Imagine (sire of the dam; Jazz). Crosby's mother is the sport mare Perrodelin. Kerrodelin (by Ferro), the dam of Perrodelin is a preferent performance mare and has three offspring who have a sport predicate in the dressage direction and four offspring who run at Z1 level.

Honest reliable stallion, easy going and calm in the stable.

Crosby can add size, body use and leg technique to dressage horse breeding.

Report of the mother:
Perrodelin is a large-framed and long-lined mare who is more than sufficient in the dressage model with a sympathetic appearance.
The head is expressive with a nice eye.
The neck may be slightly longer and the head-neck connection may be slightly lighter.
The neck has more than sufficient length and good muscling.
The neck is slightly deep out of the chest.
The withers are well developed and is long enough.
The shoulder is slightly straight and of good length.
The back has sunk. (Report made at the age of 16).
The loins are poorly muscled.
The croup has a good position and good length. 
The hamstring is of sufficient length.
The foreleg is correctly positioned.
The hindleg is slightly sickled.
The pasterns are good in length and slightly weak.
The hooves are of good shape with correctly developed heels.
The foundation is well developed and of good quality, especially considering the age and
performance.
In the walk, the left front leg is slightly toed-in. The walk is regular, more than sufficiently powerful and has good space with good elasticity.
The trot has good technique with plenty of space and is shown with plenty of body use. The hindleg is well placed under the body.
The canter has more than sufficient space with good impulsion and a lot of balance. The mare has much self-carriage in both trot and canter.

The mare Perrodelin is Z2 classified in the national dressage sport.
