Performance test report

Conformation:
Grandorado TN is a well-developed stallion with good rectangular-shaped conformation and a downhill body direction. The head is attractive. The poll has good length. The neck has good shape and length with sufficient muscling. The wither is well developed and has good length. The shoulder has good length and placement. The back has good length and more than sufficient muscling, but falls away behind the wither. The loin is more than sufficiently connected with sufficient muscling. The croup is slightly sloped, with more than sufficient length and good muscling. The line from the point of the hip to the point of the buttock should be longer. The front leg is correct when viewed from the side, but the right front is toed-out when viewed from the front. The hind leg is correct. The pasterns are correct and have good length. The legs are more than sufficiently developed and of more than sufficient quality. The hooves are of good shape and quality.

Lineage:
Grandorado TN is by Eldorado van de Zeshoek (Clinton x Toulon) out of Charmieque, who earned the ster, IBOP, EPTM (JUMP), and PROK predicates. Her sire is Carolus II, a Capitol I son who was a Grand Prix show jumper in the USA under Schuyler Riley. Grandorado TN's granddam Thermieque is an elite mare by Baloubet du Rouet out of the ster preferent mare Monique, a Burggraaf daughter. The dam-line continues with the Joost daughter Campari, who boasts the ster, preferent, and prestatie predicates. She is followed by the keur preferent mare Frederique, a daughter of the influential sire Marco Polo out of Trix, a ster prestatie daughter of the English Thoroughbred Koridon xx.

Performance Test Report:
Grandorado TN is an honest and slightly sensitive stallion with a more than sufficient to good temperament. He is very willing to work, has more than sufficient trainability, and a good mouth. The walk has sufficient to more than sufficient scope. The trot has moderate power and sufficient scope. The canter is carried, with more than sufficient push and good scope. The stallion moves with sufficient to more than sufficient body position and balance but needs more elasticity. Grandorado TN jumps with very good reflexes and uses his body very well. He also jumps with very good form and completes his jumps very well with his hind end. Grandorado TN appears careful and shows very abundant scope. He demonstrates abundant to very abundant talent as a jumper and gives his rider a very good feeling.

Stable Behavior:
Grandorado TN is an honest and reliable stallion. He is easy on the ground and quiet in his stall.  

Veterinary Report:
Upon request of the training manager, the stallion received dental treatment due to caps and hooks on his teeth.On October 21, 2014, the stallion presented symptoms of a viral infection. The symptoms were treated with fever-reducing medication, hydrotherapy, and walking.

Grandorado TN can improve reflexes, form, and scope in jumper breeding.

Performance test scores

Offspring report

Grandorado TN showed a collection of good developed foals that fit well in the rectangular model and sometimes showed a downhill body direction.  A weak back is established multiple times. The croup is regularly sloping but does have sufficient length. The hind leg stance is variable, generally correct, but also an upright and sickle hind leg stance were established. The walk is good in length but multiple times toed out. The trot is more than sufficient in length and shows good elasticity with a bit of a pushing use of the hind leg. The canter is more than sufficient in length with sufficient balance.
