Cupido is a more than sufficiently developed stallion with good dressage horse conformation. The head is sufficiently attractive. The poll has good length. The neck has good length, shape, and muscling. The shoulder has good length and placement. The wither is well-developed and has more than sufficient length. The back has more than sufficient length and good muscling. The loins have good muscling and are well connected. The croup is sloped and has sufficient length and muscling. The front leg has good length and is correct. The hind legs are slightly sickle-hocked. The legs are well developed and of good quality. The hooves are more than sufficiently developed.
Lineage
Cupido is by Daddy Cool (Don Davidoff x Calido I), out of the elite sport (dres) mare Promise (s.Jazz). Cupido's granddam Erijke is a ster preferent prestatie mare by Ulft. She produced three dressage horses which compete at Z-level or higher and two Z-level jumpers. The dam-line continues with the keur preferent prestatie mare Arijke, a Sultan daughter. Arijke is the dam of a ZZ-advanced level dressage horse and a Z2-level dressage horse. Next in the dam-line is Penny, a ster mare by Jurgen out of Marijke (s.Frappant).
Inspection Report
Cupido is an honest and reliable stallion with a good temperament. He is very willing to work and has good trainability. The walk is clear with very good scope and elasticity. The trot has good scope and carriage. The stallion's movement sometimes resulted in his front shoes striking one another, but this issue improved over the course of the test. The canter is carried and has good scope. Cupido shows very good body position and good balance and elasticity. He has very abundant talent for dressage and gives his rider a good feeling.
Stable Behavior
Cupido is an honest and reliable stallion. He is very studish on the ground and unsettled in his stall when there is a lot activity nearby.

A uniform collection of sufficient to more than sufficiently developed, long-legged foals with presence and more than sufficient to good dressage horse conformation. The necks have good length but are often heavily muscled on the underside. The foals use their necks well in movement. The croup is repeatedly short and steep with a short distance from the point of the hip to the point of the buttock. The walk has more than sufficient stride length and sufficient elasticity. The canter is light-footed with more than sufficient to good stride length and more than sufficient carriage. The canter is light-footed with more than sufficient stride length. A number of foals have uphill movement with good joint articulation. The quality of the dams was average. The collection consisted of eight foals which were invited by the KWPN and four which were submitted bythe stallion holder. Two of the foals invited by the KWPN were absent, for which veterinary certificates were provided.Cupido can add movement and elasticity to dressage horse breeding.
