Boss is a well-developed, riding-type stallion with good rectangular-shaped conformation. The head is attractive. The neck has good length, shape, and muscling. The shoulder has good length and placement. The wither is well-developed and has good length. The back has good length and muscling. The loins are more than sufficiently connected with more than sufficient muscling. The croup is slightly sloped, with more than sufficient length and good muscling. The front leg has good length and is correct. The hind leg is correct. The legs are well developed and of more than sufficient quality. The hooves are sufficiently developed.
Lineage
The bay stallion Boss was the champion of the stallion selection. He is by the jumper sire Indoctro. Boss's dam Nisolde is a keur mare by Nimmerdor. As a young horse, she was the champion mare of the Central Inspection in Groningen. In her mare test, Nisolde earned high scores for both movement and jumping. In addition, she is the dam of the international show jumper Sunsolde (s.Corland). Boss's granddam Isolde is a keur preferent prestatie mare by the French stallion Silbersee (Silver Matal x Quastor). The dam-line traces back to Holsteiner origins with successive mares by Calypso II, Windsor I, Marlon xx, and Raimond.

The trot has more than sufficient scope and power. The canter has good scope and abundant push. Boss jumps with good reflexes and form. He appears careful and demonstrates abundant to very abundant scope. He shows abundant to very abundant talent as a jumper and gives his rider a good feeling.
