Conformation
Alicante HBC is a well-developed, riding type stallion with more than sufficient rectangular-shaped conformation. The head is sufficiently attractive. The neck has good length, shape, and muscling. The shoulder has more than sufficient length and sufficient placement. The wither is well developed. The back has more than sufficient length. The loins have good muscling and are well connected. The croup has sufficient length and placement. The front leg has good length but is slightly back at the knee. The right front leg toes out. The hind leg is long and positioned slightly behind the mass. The legs are well developed and of good quality. The hooves are small with high heels. 

Lineage
Alicante HBC's sire Casall is a grand prix jumper under Rolf-Göran Bengtsson. The Casall daughter Vontessa VA (ds.Carolus I) was the 2008 champion three-year-old mare in Holstein. Alicante HBC's dam Texas M is by the preferent stallion Indoctro. Alicante HBC's great-granddam Monoline (s.Roman) is also the dam of the approved stallions Calvin (s.Caletto II), Cantus (s.Caletto I), and Lansing (s.Landgraf I).
Inspection Report
Alicante HBC is an honest and reliable stallion with a good temperament. He is very willing to work and has good trainability. The walk has more than sufficient scope. The trot has more than sufficient scope and sufficient power. The hind leg needs to step farther under the mass in the trot. The canter has good scope and power. The stallion moves on the forehand but has more than sufficient balance. He jumps with good reflexes and more than sufficient form. Alicante HBC appears careful and demonstrates abundant to very abundant scope. He shows abundant talent as a jumper and gives his rider a good feeling. 

Stable Behavior
Alicante HBC is an honest and reliable stallion. He is easy on the ground and quiet in his stall.

Breeding Recommendation
Alicante HBC can add scope to jumper breeding. Mares should have correct hind leg conformation and good hind leg use.

Texas M is a well-developed mare with very good rectangular-shaped conformation. She has sufficient presence. The head is well shaped with a large eye. The poll has sufficient length. The neck is sufficiently long with good muscling and vertical placement. The wither is well developed and long. The shoulder has good length but is straight. The back and loins are slightly tight. The muscling of the back and loin is good. The croup is straight and short. The point of the hip to the point of the buttock is sufficiently long. The front leg is camped under and slightly back at the knee. The hind leg is slightly long but well placed. The pasterns are correct. The hooves are slightly small; the heels are good. The legs are clean. The walk is correct, with scope and power. The mare lacks shoulder freedom in both the trot and canter. The hind leg is used well with abundant articulation of the joints.

Performance test scores

Offspring report

A uniform collection of more than sufficiently developed, long-legged foals with sufficient jumper conformation and an attractive front end. The trot has more than sufficient stride length with flat front leg use. The canter has sufficient stride length. The foals should move using their bodies more and bring the hind leg under the body more resolutely.

Breeding Recommendation
The breeding recommendation is based on the performance test and the offspring inspection. Alicante HBC can add scope to jumper breeding. Mares should have correct hind leg conformation and use their hind legs well.
