Zacharov is a sensitive, easily distracted stallion with a more than sufficient character. The stallion shows more than sufficient willingness to work and is sufficiently trainable, he has a difficult mouth and demands a lot of feeling from his rider. The walk is sound, with sufficient scope. The trot has more than sufficient scope and power. The canter has good scope and power. In motion, Zacharov has more than sufficient carriage and balance. The stallion jumps with good reflexes and with more than sufficient to good technique. The stallion has good front leg technique, lifts the withers well over the jump and finishes the jump well with the hindquarters. Zacharov appears cautious and shows a lot of power. Zacharov has a lot of talent as a jumping horse and gives his rider a good feeling.
Stable Behavior
Zacharov is an honest and reliable stallion. He is easy on the ground and quiet in his stall.
Veterinary Report
Mud fever/ pastern dermatitis causes swelling and pain in the lower right foreleg. The swelling can be controlled after treatment.

Expected fertility class: good.
Breeding Recommendation 2007
Zacharov can improve jumping horse breeding with his canter, reflexes and power, and should preferably be used with mares that have a good mouth.

A uniform collection of more than sufficiently developed foals with more than sufficiently rectangular-shaped but downhill conformation. The trot shows sufficient push but should demonstrate more shoulder freedom. The foals pick up the canter easily and show sufficient balance and stride length. However, they remain croup-high as they move and should use their bodies more.Breeding/Pairing recommendation
Zacharov can contribute reflexes and scope to jumper breeding. Mares should be long-lined and have a good mouth under saddle. They should not be built downhill.
