Performance test report
Performance Ermelo 2000Phin Phin competed successfully in international jumper competitions at light tour level. He is approved by the BWP and was second in the Best Stallion competition in Zwolle.
Phin Phin is an honest, reliable stallion. He is willing to work and works well.
The walk has sufficient scope but is stiff. The trot has sufficient scope, limited freedom of the shoulder and sufficient suppleness. He pushes off well at the trot. The canter shows good push from behind and balance, he is difficult to close.
Phin Phin jumps very quickly and with good take-off and technique of the foreleg. He jumps well with the wither toward the rider, but then remains a little straight in the back. Phin Phin varies in opening behind. He pulls the hindleg under the body and this causes him to be a little bit unbalanced. This stallion shows more than sufficient to a great deal of talent and is very careful. He gives his rider a good feeling. He has a good attitude.
The stallion"s behavior in the stall and while being handled was normal.

Conformation description
Phin Phin is in good rectangular model, but should be more of a riding type. The shoulder is short and straight. The croup is short and straight.
Pedigree information
Both his sire Chin Chin and grandsire Abdullah jumped at the highest levels and are positive sires. Both stallions seem to pass on their attitude as well as their manners. Grand dam Wienerin is a full sister to the valuable BWP stallion Widukind van de Lauzelle. Phin Phin has a very good take-off and a great deal of quality. In the ring he has excellent state of mind.
