Ronaldo is an honest, reliable stallion. The stallion is more than sufficiently willing to work and he works well. The walk is pure and has sufficient scope. The trot has sufficient scope. The stallion has sufficient self carriage, sufficient impulsion and sufficient suppleness. He brings the hindleg under the body well. Ronaldo has sufficient scope in the canter. He has good balance. His changes are sufficient and he closes well. The use of the foreleg is a little flat. Ronaldo has more than sufficient to much talent for dressage and gives his rider a more than sufficient to good feeling.

Ronaldo jumps with sufficient take-off. He has sufficient foreleg technique and more than sufficient bascule. Ronaldo shows more than sufficient scope.

Stall and handling behavior are normal.

Pedigree information 2001

The Oldenburg approved Ronaldo was the champion of his keuring championship in Oldenburg. Afterward he performed with good results. The dam line is one of the better ones in Oldenburg and is characterized by extra good conformation, movement and talent for sport.

A full brother to Ronaldo is the approved stallion and performance test champion Rubin Star; finalist during the World Championship for young dressage horses. The Grand Prix stallion Rubinstein I represents the successful dressage line of De Baey, which also produced the international dressage aces Rembrandt, Ahlerich and Amon. Behind Ramino and Weltmeister in the pedigree are the Thoroughbred stallions Cardinal xx and More Magic xx. Ramino proved himself to be a reliable producer of jumpers after having a successful jumping career himself.

Grandmother Cassandra II also produced the jumper Zabadak.

Ronaldo is a well-developed, riding-type stallion that stands in good rectangular model. The stallion has an appealing front and good proportions. The stance of the legs is correct.

Ronaldo has appealing, modern conformation that he is able to pass on to his foals, which are appealing in their movement.

Ronaldo showed a uniform collection of more than sufficient to richly developed offspring of the riding type and that stand in good rectangular model. The shape of the head varies. The poll has good shape and length. The neck has good length, shape and muscling. The wither is well developed and has sufficient length. The shoulder has good length and position. Sometimes the back is hollow. The loins are well connected. The croup has sufficient length, good position and muscling. The hamstring is generally more than sufficient in length. The stance of the foreleg is generally correct and it has good length. The stance of the hindleg is generally correct. The cannon is generally long. The circumference and quality of the legs is good. The walk is pure and has good scope. The trot has good scope. There is generally more than sufficient suppleness. The use of the hindleg is active and it is generally brought underneath well. The carriage varies. The canter generally has sufficient scope. The foreleg remains flat.

The head is sufficiently expressive and sometimes a little convex between the eyes. The poll has good length and shape. The neck has more than sufficient to good length, good shape, is heavily muscled and frequently deep from the chest. The wither is more than sufficient in length and has sufficient position. The shoulder has more than sufficient length and sufficient position. The back is generally a little hollow and sufficiently muscled. The loins are shaped well and connected well. The croup has sufficient length, good position and good muscling. The hamstring has sufficient length. The stance of the foreleg is generally correct. The hindleg is frequently sickle hocked. The base varies in circumference but has more than sufficient quality. The hooves are sometimes a little narrow.
The walk is pure and big. The trot has sufficient scope and more than sufficient self carriage. The foreleg generally stays flat. The hindleg is used actively but it should carry better. The canter has sufficient scope and is carried sufficiently. The foreleg remains flat.
Of the four foals that were inspected at home, one deviated positively from the above in regards to type and another in regards to movement. The movement of one foal was not inspected because of an accident.
Remarks: Two foals were irregular.
The quality of the mares varied.
