Conformation description 2004 (15-03 t/m 21-05)
UB-40 is a modern, long lined, riding type stallion with much front and very much charisma. The stallion has a beautiful head with a large, expressive eye. The neck is long, has good position and is well muscled. The croup slopes. The hamstring should be longer. He is toed out in front.

Pedigree information
UB-40 received a third place during the championship keuring of the dressage horses at the stallion show.
As reserve champion his sire Olivi placed even higher during his presentation year. Olivi and Bart Bax won the Z1 title at the Hippiade in 2002. With his first foal crop Olivi scored remarkably high on his conformation and movement index.
Dam Kilucienne keur sport-dressage was UTV mare as a 3-year old and competed through Z2-level dressage. She produced 7 offspring (5 colts and 2 fillies), of which 1 is star. Her son Reveller (s Juventus) is Z1-dressage.
Grandmother Tilucienne keur preferent prestatie produced the Z-dressage horse Aluciene (s Thorwald). Furthermore Tilucienne is the grandmother to the Z2-dressage horses Ikaros (s Bentley) and Lavender (s Havidoff); of the Z1-dressage horses Pavane-Lucienne (s Gribaldi) and Just in Time (s Michelangelo); of the ZZ-jumper Herby (s Renville) and of the international GP jumper Koodwill (s Goodwill, rider Mathijs v. Asten). She is also great grandmother to the Z1-dressage horse Mignon (s Heraut).
Great grandmother Nilucienne (keur preferent prestatie) produced the Z2-dressage horses Armando (s Marinier), D (s G Ramiro-Z) and Wilucienne (s Nepal); the ZZ1-dressage horse Fighter (s Aktion) and the Z-jumper Kamiro (s Damiro).
This strong performance line, with Farn and the thoroughbred Erdball xx as strong performance sires, included many Z-level dressage horses and also (inter)national jumpers.

Performance
UB-40 is a reliable, honest stallion. The stallion has much willingness to work and works well.
The walk is pure and has more than sufficient scope. The trot has good scope with good impulsion. UB-40 shows much self-carriage at the trot and also shows good balance. The stallion carries himself at the trot. The canter has good scope, has more than sufficient impulsion and good balance. The stallion carries himself at the canter. UB-40 has much to very much talent for dressage and gives his rider a very good feeling.
UB-40 jumps with insufficient take-off, and holds his neck high during. The forelegs bends insufficiently. The stallion bascules insufficiently. UB-40 shows insufficient scope and is moderately careful. UB-40 has insufficient talent for jumping and gives his rider an insufficient feeling.
His stall and handling behavior is normal.
