The breeding values are presented in relation to the dressage breeding direction.
An average KWPN dressage horse has a dressage breeding value between 80 and 120.

Performance test report

Lineage:
New Orleans descends from Blue Hors Farell, the Fürstenball-son that was declared premium stallion at the 2013 Hannover Stallion Show and later crowned champion of the performance test. Blue Hors Farrell is currently competing internationally at Intermediair I-level and already claimed several wins with Nanna Skodberg Merrald. New Orlean’s dam Gita A is an elite IBOP-mare by the preferent top sire Jazz. Gita A obtained strong results at the mare inspections where she scored 85 points for movement and she passed her IBOP with 91.5 points, her trot was rewarded with a 10. Further along the pedigree we find the preferent elite mare Tavita Platinum, that descends from the preferent top progenitor Ferro. Tavita Platinum is the granddam of the following sport horses: the international Intermediair I-horse Eros Easter A (s.Wynton), the Small Tour-horse Grandeur A (s.Jazz) and two Z-classified dressage horses by Wynton and Jazz. The damline of New Orleans continues with the preferent stallion G.Ramiro Z and Doruto. The preferent keur mare Wanda (s.Doruto) is the dam and granddam of multiple good sport horses. 

Performance test report:
New Orleans is an honest, somewhat dominant stallion with a good attitude. The stallion can be a little distracted at times, then quick to grind his teeth, yet he nevertheless remains trainable. The walk has good tact, is active and has good scope. The trot has lots of rhythm, a good impulsion and a hindleg that is easy to engage. The canter has good scope, has a powerful push and a good to very good balance. The stallion shows a lot of ability to collect, he could have a little more elasticity and flexion in the joints. As a dressage horse, New Orleans has a lot of talent and he gives his rider a very good feeling. 

Stable behaviour:
Honest, reliable stallion, easy to handle and calm in the stable.

Breeding & pairing recommendation:
New Orleans can add power and talent for self-carriage in movement to dressage breeding.
