Conformation:
Easy Top de Courcel is a more than sufficient to well developed, riding type stallion who is more than sufficiently rectangular with a downward body direction. The head is appealing with a big expressive eye. The neck has good length with a heavy head-neck connection. The neck is of good shape, more than sufficient in length and somewhat heavily muscled at the bottom. The shoulder is good in length and a little straight in position. The withers are well developed and more than sufficient in length. The back is sunken, more than sufficient in length and well-muscled. The loins are well connected and well-muscled. The croup has a good position, has more than sufficient length and good muscling. The hamstring has good length. The foreleg is slightly back at knee when viewed from the side and slightly toed-out when viewed from the front. The hind leg is correctly positioned. The pasterns are good in length and a bit weak both in front and behind. The foundation is well developed and of good quality. The feet are well developed, slightly broad in shape, of good quality with slightly low heels.

Descendant:
The father of Easy Top de Courcel is Type Top du Monteil, who has been performed in international sport since this year by Olivier Guillon. The sire of Type Top du Monteil is Calvaro Z (by Caletto I) who jumps with much scope and participated in Olympics, World Equestrian Games and many Big Prices under Jos Lansink and Michael Whitaker. The dam of Easy Top de Courcel is Kolea du Chateau, who competed in 1.45m in France. Her father Allegreto (by Jalisco B) jumped, among others, in country competitions under Hervé Godignon. Kolea du Chateau is the dam of international show jumpers of Mylord Carthago and Ibis de Courcel and a 1.35m horse of Robin Z. Her half-brother is the famous Itot de Chateau (by Le Tot de Semilly), who competes with Edwina Tops-Alexander the World Cup in London and Geneva and won several prestigious Grand Prizes. The list of good sport horses from this line is striking. Their dam Sophie du Chateau (by Galoubet A) also produced eight international showjumpers, including the 1.50m horse Oui M'sieu du Chateau ( by Quidam de Revel), the 1.45m horses Petrus du Chateau (by Quidam de Revel), Qualine du Chateau (by Allegreto) and Rimbo du Chateau (by Kannan) and the 1.40m horse Sultan du Chateau (by Kannan). Also the great grandmother of Easy Top de Courcel, Javotte D (by Cor de Chasse) bred impressively. She is the mother of the Grand Prix horses Amande du Chateau (by Almé) and Etoile du Chateau (by Le Tot de Semilly) and is also (grand) mother of a long line of (international) sport horses. The dam line then continues with Anglo Arabian thoroughbred mares from Rantzau xx and Labrador xx and Gueridon x.

Performance report:
Easy Top de Courcel is an honest and reliable stallion with a good attitude. The stallion has much willingness to work and is easy to work with. The walk has more than enough space. The trot has more than sufficient space. The stallion has a good posture and balance during movement. The canter is powerful with good space and balance. The stallion changes leads easily. Easy Top de Courcel jumps well with the body upwards and with good to very good reflexes, good body use and sometimes an open front leg. The jump is finished well in the hindlegs. Easy Top de Courcel seems careful and shows much athletic ability. Easy Top de Courcel has much talent as a jumping horse and gives his rider a good feeling.

Stable behaviour:
The stallion has a dominant character in handling and requires a supervisor who is alert and convincing.

Veterinary report:
The stallion was medicated during the test due to mild irritation of the anterior respiratory tract.

Sperm test:
Expected fertilizing ability class: good.

Easy Top de Courcel can improve the canter and jumping quality and in particular add reflexes to show jumping horse breeding.
