Conformation:
La Costa ES is a generously developed stallion who is more than sufficiently in the rectangular model with a downward body direction. The head is sufficiently appealing. The neck has good length with a correct head-neck connection. The neck is horizontal, more than sufficient to good in length and more than sufficient to well-muscled. The shoulder has good length and a more than sufficient position. The withers are more than sufficient to well developed and of good length. The back is slightly sunken and of sufficient length. The loins are sufficiently connected and sufficiently muscled. The croup is slightly sloping, of sufficient length and more than sufficient muscling. The hamstring has more than sufficient length. The foreleg is correctly positioned. The hindleg is correctly positioned. The pasterns have good length and are a bit straight. The foundation is well developed and of good quality. The hooves are well developed, good in shape and good in quality. The heels are well developed.

Descendant:
Mosito van het Hellehof, who jumps at 1.35m level, has Elvis ter Putte as father Diamant de Semilly as grandfather, who both jumped 1.60m. His dam line includes the approved stallions Action-Breaker (by Heartbreaker) and Quasimodo van de Molendreef (by Heartbreaker), who have both won 1.60m courses. Lacosta ES's dam Isolde ES elite reached the top 10 of the National Mare Show at the age of three. Grandmother Centerfold Z was active as a 1.35m jumping horse and is the mother of Air Nike Z (by Air Jordan Z) and two well-tested daughters of Air Jordan Z and Last Man Standing. Great grandmother and elite performance mare Nulora S (by Lux) is the dam of the 1.50m horse Dutch Blue (by Chacco Blue) and the sport mares Zalicia (by Casco) and Benita (by Calvino Z) as well as the 1.40m horse Funky Blue (by Zirocco Blue VDL) and the 1.40 m horse Candlelight Z (by Caretano Z). Also 1.60m horse Cointreau Z (by Calvaro Z) and the well-known international showjumper USA Today (by Heartbreaker) with Robert Whitaker (Gbr.) are both deriving from this mare line.

Performance report:
La Costa ES is an honest and reliable stallion with a good attitude. The stallion has a lot of willingness to work and can be worked with more than enough. The walk has sufficient space and should have more flexibility. The trot has good space in the forehand and should have more flexibility as well. The canter has more than sufficient to good space. The stallion has sufficient posture and sufficient balance in movement. La Costa ES jumps with more than sufficient to good reflexes. The stallion has a varying front leg technique on the jump and finishes the jump more than sufficiently in the hindleges. La Costa ES seems careful and shows much to very much scope. La Costa ES has more than sufficient to much talent for jumping and gives his rider a more than sufficient to good feeling.

Honest reliable stallion, easy going and calm in the stable.

The mare Isolde ES is 1.20m classified in the national show jumping sport.
