Are you not yet a KWPN member but want to register a foal? It is possible to register a foal with KWPN without being a member. Please fill out the form below, and we will contact you. Submitting this form does not automatically make you a KWPN member, and you will not immediately benefit from the many advantages. Would you like to become a member? Indicate this within the form.

If your mare has a breeding certificate or birth declaration from another studbook and you wish to register your foal with the KWPN, please send them attached in the below form.

Are you already a KWPN-member? Then you can register your foal quick and easy via My KWPN.

Note: Foals born outside the European Union (EU) cannot be issued a KWPN passport. According to EU Breeding Regulations, KWPN passports can only be provided for foals born within the EU. However, for foals born outside the EU, we can issue a UELN and a registration certificate.

When you apply for a DNA-OC predicate directly when registering a riding horse foal, you receive a discount of €28,50 (incl. VAT) so the costs for requesting a D-OC predicate with a foal registration are €130,85 (incl. 21% VAT).

The costs for solely a WFFS-test are €58,70. When combining it with a D-OC test, testing on WFFS costs only €22,30.




**If you immediately become a KWPN member during foal registration, you will benefit from a discount. As a KWPN member (€139.50 and from July 1, €69.75), your foal registration will only cost €185.00 instead of €370.70 if you register without a KWPN membership. **The KWPN Membership continues automatically each year. It is possible to terminate your membership before the 1st of December of this calender year.
