Lineage:Out of the first crop of Impressive VDL, the Douglas-son from a performance lineage, premium stallion My Favorite is now registered as a stallion. The dam of My Favorite is the elite mare Heraya (s.Quasimodo vd Molendreef) that competed at 1.30m level in sport herself. Her dam Jaglaya bears the predicates keur preferent and prestatie. Jaglaya descends from Triton and produced several showjumpers. She is the dam of the 1.50m jumper Veritas 17 (s.Voltaire), the 1.40m showjumpers Paradox (s.Concorde) and Sharaya (s.Voltaire), as well as multiple 1.35m-horses by Colman, Namelus R and Lux. The KWPN-stallion Dantos HBC that jumped 1.45m, is also from the lineage of Jaglaya. The damline continues with the preferent prestatie keur mare Aglaya by the preferent stallion Nimmerdor, she is the full sister of the KWPN-approved stallion and Grand Prix-horse Zadok van Hap Hansen. Aglaya already brought multiple offspring that performed in both jumping and dressage. Then, we find the stallions Marco Polo, Amor and Assad in the pedigree.
Performance test report:
My Favorite is an honest, reliable and comfortable to ride stallion with a good attitude. The stallion has abundant willingness to work and is very trainable. The walk is more than sufficient to good in scope and elasticity. The trot is more than sufficient in scope and more than sufficiently powerful. In movement, the stallion shows more than sufficient to good posture and balance. The canter is active with good scope, a good balance and the stallion performs the lead changes well. In jumping, My Favorite moves his body in the upward direction more than sufficiently to well and shows more than sufficient to good reflexes and more than sufficient body-use. My Favorite jumps with ample technique in the legs. My Favorite appears to be careful and shows more than sufficient to a lot of scope and overview. As a jumper horse, My Favorite has more than sufficient to a lot of talent, and he gives his rider a more than sufficient feeling.
Stable behaviour:
Honest, reliable stallion, easy to handle and calm in the stable.
Breeding & pairing recommendation:
My Favorite can add jumping quality and in particular canter, attitude and rideability to jumper breeding.
